Saturday 20 June
We’re delighted to be taking part in this year’s Nevill Holt Festival, one of the highlights of the local summer calendar.
Join Head Chef Dean Carroll for a relaxed afternoon of cooking, stories and practical kitchen tips, as he demonstrates a selection of Olive Branch favourites including Scotch eggs, cheese soufflés, slow-cooked beef, Eton mess and more.
Dean will share the techniques and inspiration behind each dish, showing how classic pub favourites can be given a modern British twist while still staying rooted in good ingredients and proper cooking.
Alongside the food, Olive Branch owner Ben Jones will guide guests through a handpicked selection of local ales and English wines, chosen to complement Dean’s dishes.
The session takes place in the Demo Kitchen at Nevill Holt Festival, set in the beautiful surroundings of the Leicestershire countryside.
Expect good food, well-matched drinks and a relaxed, informative afternoon.
